Do you have a shop?
A: We only operate an online store we do not have a brick and mortar shop.
Do I have to pay extra tax?
A: NO, All government taxes are included in the advertised price within Australia.
What are the shipping costs?
A: All prices are advertised in checkout.
How long will it take to ship my order?
A: My Humidor ships daily. We have setup a network with Australia Post and various courier companies to get your goods to you ASAP. With Australia Post we use two (2) ways, Standard 500g and Express 500g both come with tracking. If you wish to add insurance an extra charge will be added. Any large orders the team at My Humidor will contact the buyer to work with you on the best options.
We also ship internationally to our customers. Please contact us for further options.
What’s my guarantee/return policy?
A: Tobacco returns. All tobacco is a natural product and My Humidor has strict quality control. We will accept tinned pipe/cigars in some circumstances. Please contact My Humidor for further discussion
A: New Pipes. We will give full refund if you have received a new pipe not to manufactures specifications.
A: Estate Pipes. All estates pipe have gone through our quality control department to give you the best smoke for dollar. Our estates pipes range are collectables, new old stock where the boxes may be soiled or lost we only give minimal warranties on these items. Please contact My Humidor for further discussion.
A: Accessories. We will give full refund if you added insurance to your parcel and received your goods damaged within Australia. You must contact us within a week to make proper arrangements.
All items are checked with strict control and packaged appropriately to ensure customers that they receive their goods fresh and undamaged. We encourage that all parcels have insurance which has a small fee.
All customers please beware that if you order from us it is our responsibility to ensure that your goods are delivered to the post office within Australia, after it has left our premises we will not be accountable for lost or damaged items.
When purchasing products from My Humidor all Australian taxes are included in the advertised price on our website. We will not be accountable if you purchase goods that may increase extra taxes or held up and refused at the borders.
